Thanks for your mail.  I am glad that you find my letters interesting!  Yes, you may post them on your website.  You may even edit it - if you find it necessary.

This is what the "kopi-luwak" looks like on the field:

 

I am sure this gives you an idea of what it is like!  There are dozens of lumps like this all over the plantation every day, to be gathered, washed and dried.

I have further information on how the coffee is processed, and how it is "graded" according to the guidelines from the INDIAN COFFEE BOARD.  I shall be pleased to mail it to you.  In the meantime, let me have your comments on these photos - I hope they reach you in-tact!  You may post these photos too, on the website, if you wish.
