Coffee and Caffeine FAQ

Thank you for the information. I’m young and foolish and thought I would have an easy way to get high, so I took 7 energy drinks and will regret it for a while. It wasn’t as big of a high as many times before but it had the worst effects. I kept shaking, couldn’t sleep and then kept vomiting and diarrheaing, my fingers were numb and my heart raced and I thought I would die. I prayed to God to save me as I didn’t want to tell my family or they would get angry with me and I didn’t want to go to the ER because I was so embarrassed but ended up just going to a walk-in clinic. It was still embarrassing telling my problems to the doctor what I did. I think I will get high from God – reading the Bible and praying instead of a high that doesn’t work but makes you feel miserable.
