I'm using Drupal. It's fairly nice and has improved a lot over they years I have been using it. Drupal runs under both Windows and Linux which is nice. Having said all that if I was starting fresh today I'm not sure I would use Drupal. Don't get me wrong Drupal is really nice and very flexible but for basic web sites there are easier CMSes available.
