A small coffe shop owner looking for smaller green bean growers...help

I am looking for small markets that decaffeinate their own green beans. The problem is that most seem to use Germany to do this process and I am more interested in the smaller ones (i.e., farmers, independent green bean growers). Does any one know the easiest way to find a listing of such places? Thanks for the help.

I doubt you are going to find such a thing. Unlike roasting which is arguably relatively simple decaffeination is a rather complex process that requires a great deal of equipment and expertise. From a cost standpoint it's not really practical for the little guy to do their own decaffeination.
